Base Salary $125,000-$150,000 + lucrative incentive plan.

KEY DELIVERABLES
- Provide leadership to existing marketing team.
- Direct management of team members and accountability for overall team performance.
- Continue to develop the marketing team both in acumen and the addition of resources as needed.
- Coordinate marketing priorities with executive team to ensure alignment across divisions and geographies.
- Execute marketing / communication campaigns to our key hotel brand customers
- Partner with the brand marketing teams to exploit all available channels
- Direct mail to branded properties
- Facilitate regional webinars / events
- Drive positive sentiment and excitement with existing customers
- Increase FPG social media following
- Get FPG LinkedIn followers to 100K
- Execute LI Ad campaigns targeting key roles in hospitality in key travel markets
- Revenue management, finance, General Managers, asset management etc.
- Establish a following of at least 10k on both Tik Tok and Instagram, targeting frontline workers
- Build an influencer identity that raises awareness of income potential for frontline workers in locations working with FPG
- Execute SEO campaigns targeting revenue management and hotel finance
- Generate Inbound inquiries from Marketing Activities
- Drive requests for info or demo inquiries from social media and website traffic
- Build to 50 inquiries per month by the end of 2025
- Resulting in 25 sales leads per month by the end of 2025
- Establish a presence in key industry trade media and podcasts
- Get at least one new article published in a trade each month
- At least one appearance on a trade podcast each month
- Publish an FPG proprietary index to the hospitality press each month
- Make it an industry standard
- Promote the FPG Champion Certification in global trade media
- Establish the credibility of the certification foundational to it being a “gold standard” for front desk leadership
- Establish standard practices for new features and product releases
- Multi-channel communication
- Hype pieces
- Press releases
- Develop and manage a formal referral process on IN-Guage
- Clients, partners and team members can utilize to capture the referral
- Facilitate promotions/rewards to the referrer
- Manage and coordinate the events / conference budget internationally
- Standardize the process for lead follow-up after the events
- Establish communication cadences to drive leads to opportunities
- Contribute to new product design, launch, and promotion to the market
- Lead the messaging and promotion of new features and products
- Participate in design and planning of new features and products to help ensure market receptivity
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with hotel associations/trade bodies in key hospitality markets (Singapore, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, New York, Japan, etc.) to boost visibility and create business opportunities/trade show speaking opportunities.
OTHER REMITS
- Ongoing Brand standardization in use with documents, tools, templates, etc.
- Develop Multilingual Marketing Collateral: Develop localized marketing materials for Japan and China to ensure FPG’s value propositions resonate in local languages.
- Own List acquisition and management for marketing and sales cadences.
- Own standardization of lead management and opportunity management in Salesloft and Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with a proved track record in strategic leadership and execution
- Demonstrated success in B@B marketing, preferably in the hospitality, SaaS, or technology sectors
- Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and event marketing
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and grow talent
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations.
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft) and social media ad management tools
- Expertise in SEO, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted initiatives
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE & VISION
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry, SaaS or similar customer-centric industries is highly desirable
- Understanding of global marketing trends and the ability to adapt campaigns for localized audiences (e.g., multilingual content creation)
- Experience building strategic partnerships with trade associations and media outlets
