WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking a senior hospitality professional who is currently in a sales role — either:
  • Working in hotel sales (commercial, revenue, business development), or
  • Selling products, services, or solutions into hotels (any hospitality supplier, vendor, or partner)
— and who also brings prior hands-on hotel operations experience (Rooms, F&B, Front Office, or leadership roles such as Manager, Director, or GM).

This hybrid background is essential. You understand how hotels operate at a deep level and you know how to sell, influence, and open doors at scale.
You excel at building relationships, engaging hotel decision-makers, and driving commercial transformation across diverse hotel portfolios.
You thrive in a high-activity sales environment and are motivated by ownership, autonomy, and meaningful impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Hunting & Sales
  • Drive high-volume outreach to hotel GMs, DOFs, Commercial Directors, and operational leaders.
  • Leverage your existing network to secure introductions, referrals, and discovery conversations.
  • Conduct consultative, value-based conversations that lead from first touch to signed work orders.
  • Target 100+ hotels per month through coordinated email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and in-market visits.
  • Secure 5+ discovery calls per week through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
Industry Relationship Leadership
  • Build and nurture relationships with above-property commercial leaders across major hotel groups.
  • Represent FPG at industry events, business councils, and networking forums.
  • Position FPG as a trusted partner in front desk and F&B revenue optimization.
Operational & Financial Understanding
  • Understand and articulate how upselling impacts RevPAR, ADR, GOP, URI, conversion, and guest experience.
  • Speak confidently about hotel operations, service culture, and departmental performance.
  • Translate operational insights into commercial opportunities for hotels.
Client Engagement & Education
  • Conduct impactful discovery sessions that diagnose hotel performance and highlight opportunity gaps.
  • Deliver short masterclasses or best-practice workshops to GMs and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on revenue assessments and account strategy.
Pipeline & Territory Management
  • Maintain clear activity and pipeline visibility using Salesforce.
  • Plan and execute structured cadences, campaigns, and follow-ups to ensure consistent momentum.
  • Work closely with Marketing to prioritize targets and use optimized messaging.

INDISPENSABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years of combined commercial + operations experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of hotel financials, revenue levers, and P&L performance.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and open doors across hotel portfolios.
Skills & Traits
  • Highly connected across the hotel ecosystem (GMs, Directors, associations).
  • A natural hunter with resilience in long sales cycles.
  • Consultative, credible, and comfortable presenting to executives.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and sales engagement tools.
Other Requirements
